You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party, not the carrier and whom you have appointed, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at info@sandsunswim.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 10 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as items which deteriorate rapidly or have a passed expiry date.

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Goods that are in sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact our support team at info@sandsunswim.com to obtain the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. After we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver. This ensures that the original purchaser is aware of the return, respecting the financial transaction's privacy and integrity.
